Twitter Guide |Talking in < 140 spaces

After meeting “The Demon Bride of Twitter,” who credits this mirco-blogging tool for her serendipitously vibrant life on all levels, I decided to twitter-ize, too. Follow me on Twitter When I asked her to share top tips, she advised me to follow at least 40 people, keep the stream onscreen at all times and search Google for how-tos.

I’ve spent the better part of today following the Demon Bride’s advice. Now, I’d like to share this list of resources with you.

Amazing so filled with goodies…for tomorrow’s reading!

Myrna’s last blog post..Elizabeth Lesser Discusses Eckhart Tolle’s ‘A New Earth’

Wow, what a great list! I’ll be perusing them shortly (and I love the Teaching with Twitter one as well).

Thanks!

Best wishes,

Barbara

This is a great list on the ins and out of twitter as well as sub groups. Thanks for the effort.

Very nice list! Geeze, now I gotta check all those Twitter guides out. Great job compiling the list.

The statement Education and skills development are vital to a technical writing career are 100% true and need more emphasis in all schools.

Thanks for the link to twitter for business. Off to read it in more depth.

Rob Wilson’s last blog post..Introduction to Search Engine Optimisation

Oooh lots of funky Twitter links, thanks for those.

Just got into Twitter myself…it’s worth it to be able to follow Stephen Fry… a true national treasure!

Wow, what a list! There’s an eBook available, too, targeted towards non-profits, but the principles apply…it’s at corporatedollar.org (I’m not affiliated in ANY way, other than I downloaded the book and found it helpful) and it’s called “Twitter Jump Start.” You may find it as helpful as I did.

Twitter is a fantastic tool and by building a strong profile you can get a lot of traffic from it as well. Thanks for the list of Twitter guides!

I like twitter a lot that I became a complete addict of twitter. I am sure that twitter will defeat myspace and facebook and it will become the no:1 social bookmarking website.

Wow, what the resource.

Thanks for taking the time to compile such an exhaustive list, now I have somewhere to point some friends and get them excited about twitter.

I like using Twitter because I’d able to meet new people, they follow me and I follow them… also it helps drives traffic to a website.

Thanks for the article….

It is really useful.

There comes a time when a person just has to say “enough is enough”. As a longtime proponent of the “do follow” movement, it really pains me to revert this blog back to “nofollow”. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, then feel free to stop reading and go somewhere else.
